Do I Need an Appointment?
No appointments are required — we are a walk-in only store!
During busy weekends and prom season, there may be a short wait before being assisted by a stylist.
Our team will help you choose up to five dresses to start with, ensuring the best experience for everyone shopping.
What Types of Dresses Do You Carry?
We carry prom, homecoming, cocktail, pageant, mother of the bride, and evening gowns from top designers such as:
Sherri Hill, Jovani, Ashley Lauren, Faviana, Primavera, Portia & Scarlett, and more!
What Is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of formalwear and our commitment to maintaining pristine quality, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Can I Order a Dress in a Different Size or Color?
Yes! If a designer offers your favorite dress in a different size or color, we can special order it for you — availability and shipping times vary by designer.
Can I Try On Dresses Right Away?
To keep the prom floor organized and ensure every customer gets personalized attention, customers are assisted by a stylist before trying on dresses.
We’ll help you select styles based on your budget, size, and preferences!
Do You Offer Group Discounts or Holds?
We do not offer holds or group discounts.
However, each stylist is trained to help you find your dream dress within your budget and make your shopping experience fun and stress-free!
